Freeholder
Rainbow Quay underwent successful enfranchisement in February 2024. 91% of all leaseholders participated and they received a 'share of freehold' through their shareholding in Rainbow Quay Freehold Management Ltd. They also received extended 999 years leases. Since then, only non-participants continue to pay ground rent.
